We are very pleased to be partnering with our friends at MU Show-Me Research Week as part of their Saturday Morning Science series which is taking place this fall. These popular Mizzou events are not your typical science lectures. Expect to be entertained, see demonstrations, learn a lot – and best of all – you'll want to come back for more. 

On September 16, Jonathan Losos will be in Columbia to discuss cats—where they came from, why they do what they do, what the future may hold for them. The talk will be based on his new book, The Cat's Meow: How Cats Evolved from the Savanna to Your Sofa. This will be a morning you won't want to miss. Skylark will be selling books after the event.

Saturday Morning Science is free and open to the public. No science background is required and all ages are welcome.
